Evaluates overall mission, ethics, transparency, and accountability. It assesses how purpose is embedded into the corporate structure to formally consider all stakeholders in decision-making.
Measures a company's relationship with its employees. This includes financial security, health and wellness, career development, and overall workplace engagement.
Looks at the company's engagement with and impact on the communities in which it operates. Topics include diversity, job creation, civic engagement, charitable giving, and supply chain management.
Assesses the company's overall environmental performance. This focuses on facility management, resource use (energy, water), waste reduction, and carbon emissions.
Measures the direct impact a company has on its customers. It focuses on ethical marketing, data privacy and security, and the creation of beneficial products or services.
