Peak

IF YOU'RE THINKING
ABOUT SWITCHING,
YOU'RE PROBABLY RIGHT.

Most companies that move to Peak do so because their current EOR isn't delivering. On service, on compliance, on value, or all three. If any of that sounds familiar, the switch is easier than you think.

SIGNS THAT IT'S TIME
TO MOVE TO BETTER.

If any of these sound familiar, it's probably time to move to an EOR partner that cares.

01

Service that disappoints

Slow responses. No named contact. Generic support tickets. If you're chasing your EOR provider more than they're chasing solutions for you, something's wrong.

02

Opaque pricing

If you're struggling to understand what you're paying for, or getting surprised by invoices, that's a problem. Pricing should be clear before anyone signs anything. At Peak, it always is.

03

Your employees deserve better

Your EOR employs your people on your behalf. If they're dealing with slow responses, payroll errors, or feeling like an afterthought, that's a problem. And it reflects on you.

04

Your values don't align

An EOR is an extension of your business. If your provider's culture and ethics feel off, it shows up in the working relationship sooner or later.

05

Compliance concerns

Getting employment law wrong internationally isn't a minor admin issue. It can expose your business to serious legal and financial risk. Your EOR should have this completely covered.

06

Limited global expertise

There's a difference between having a legal entity in a country and truly understanding it. Local knowledge matters, especially when regulations change or something goes wrong.

SWITCHING IS EASIER
THAN YOU THINK.

Switching EOR providers sounds disruptive. It isn't, when it's handled properly. Here's what tends to give people pause.

A Peak billboard on a European street reading 'No time to onboard employees? We'll take care of that.'

Data migration

We have clear protocols for moving employment data securely and compliantly. You don't need to do the heavy lifting. We handle it.

Service continuity

Your employees won't notice the switch. Payroll, benefits, and day-to-day employment continue without interruption through the transition.

Employee status and tenure

Where possible, we recognise existing employment status and tenure. Where local rules make that complicated, we find a way through.

Internal capacity

You don't need to free up a project team to manage this. We run the switch. You stay focused on the business.

Communication

We set clear timelines, agree roles upfront, and keep everyone informed. No surprises.

The process

THREE STEPS TO
MAKING THE SWITCH.

Once you've decided to move, we take it from there. Here's what happens.

01

Plan the timing

We'll help you pick the right moment, ideally a quieter period in your cycle, and make sure your team knows what to expect. Most switches take three to six weeks from decision to done.

02

Check your notice period

Your current provider almost certainly has one. We'll help you navigate it cleanly so there's no gap in employment coverage and the handover happens on your terms, not theirs.

03

We handle the rest

Contracts, onboarding, data transfer, employee communication. We manage the whole transition. Your team barely notices the change. Except that things start working better.
